The Forest Of Dandakaranya, Spread Over More Than 90 Thousand Square Kilometers, Is Called The Stronghold Of Naxalites, This Forest Is Spread In Andhra Pradesh, Odisha And Chhattisgarh.

Naxalites In The Country Are Now Limited To Only 2 Centers, One In The Forest Of Dandakaranya And The Other On The Jharkhand-Bihar Border.

Maximum Naxalites Are Active In 16 Districts Of Jharkhand While Their Influence Is Still There In 14 Districts Of Chhattisgarh.

They Have Influence In Chhattisgarh'S Bastar, Bijapur, Balrampur, Gariaband, Dhamtari, Dantewada, Kondagaon, Kanker, Mahasamund, Narayanpur, Rajnandgaon, Kabirdham, Mungeli And Sukma.

Ranchi, Khunti, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Chatra, West Singhbhum, Giridih, Garhwa, East Singhbhum, Hazaribagh, Gumla, Latehar, Palamu, Seraikela, Simgeda And Lohardaga Are Naxal-Affected Areas In Jharkhand.

To Deal With The Naxalites, The Central Government Is Continuously Giving Help To The States, Only Chhattisgarh Was Given 92 Crore Rupees In The Year 201718, Whereas In 202021 This Amount Increased To 140 Crores.

In 5 Years Between 2018 And 2022, Security Forces Conducted 398 Operations Against Naxalites, In Which 327 Naxalites Were Killed.
